Welcome to Country Lane Cattery – 5 star Luxury Hotel for Cats.  We are conveniently located in beautiful rolling countryside just 4 miles from both junction 11 and 12 on the M4 near Reading and 20 minutes from junction 6 on the M3.

We have designed this exclusive, luxurious cattery in our secluded garden.  Cats with discerning owners can enjoy a mini-break or extended holiday at our family-run, brand new cattery.  Here they will be surrounded by countryside and be able to watch plenty of wildlife to keep them amused, in secure, modern suites.  And of course all our guests have up to date inoculations to help keep everyone healthy. 

We aim to provide caring, comfortable, welcoming accommodation – somewhere your cat will be happy to return to again and again. We cater not only for holidays, but work commitments, illness, relocation, and moving home.  And of course extra cuddles and individual attention are given as standard!

Summer 2012

Everyone is really looking forward to some better weather, but if you decide to guarantee it by flying away to warmer climes, let us take care of your treasured cat. We still have a few places left for August.

Wow! What a Christmas!

During Christmas  2011 and New Year  2012 we opened all 14 suites and were fully booked.  There was not a spare room in the inn, with many of our guests visiting for the second or third time this year.  We had great fun and, as always, Dee managed to top up her daily cuddle-a-cat quota!

 

A  Great Start

2011 saw us opening 9 suites to many lovely cats and their owners, with  a  significant number of guests coming back for a second or third stay. We have entertained  and cared for kittens, older cats, diabetic  cats, all sorts of  breeds and moggies, each with their own characters and preferences!

During our first year, we looked after over 100 cats from about 80 owners—a fantastic start! Most came back for at least one more visit during that year, some came back SIX times!

NEWS FLASH— One of my customers is looking to find a more suitable (quieter) home for her female Bengal. She would probably suit a quieter home with human companionship all day, perhaps an older couple with no other cats or dogs, but in depth knowledge of Bengals is a must.
